House Rules.
To preserve the curated atmosphere of Ortdeco and ensure a restful stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe a few guidelines.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is available from 3 PM.
- Check-out is by 11 AM.
- Alternative timings can gladly be arranged in advance.
Atmosphere
- Strict quiet hours apply between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors.
- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
- The apartment is reserved exclusively for the number of guests booked; unannounced visitors require prior approval.
Care & Comfort
- All indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
- Pets are welcome only with prior written arrangement.
- Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
- Should any accidental damage occur, please report it to us promptly so we can resolve it.
Security & Liability
- Please ensure all windows and doors are securely closed when leaving the apartment.
- For fire safety, open flames and candles are strictly prohibited.
- We assume no liability for personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure during your stay.

Practical Details
- Online check-in with ID verification is required by Austrian law. You will receive a secure link shortly after booking.
- Self-check-in via smart lock allows you to arrive flexibly anytime after 3 PM.
- Both apartments are located on the 4th floor, easily accessible by elevator.
- Vienna’s city tax (Ortstaxe) is fully included in your total price.
- Traveling with a larger group? Ask us about booking Arch and Chevron together.
